I don't know why CNN would even have Barbie Nadeau on any show. She was incredibly cruel and inaccurate in her horrible book, Angel Face. Yes, she's sort of admitted that now, but she caused much of the damage. In this interview she says "everyone" treated her unfairly at first. That isn't true at all. Instead of Nadeau, you should have interviewed Candace Dempsey or Nina Burleigh, both of whom have written excellent books about the case.

This case does not hang on DNA evidence alone, though the media, heavily influenced by CSI type programs seem to think so. Knox tried to frame an innocent person, she tried to cover up the facts, she has lied and lied and lied. She is guilty and no one needs DNA to prove it.

Besides the DNA evidence, there was a witness, Curatolo, who undermined Knox and Sollecito's alibi.
He was a heroin addict, and his testimony was shown to be incorrect.
Once that was gone as well, there was practically no evidence left.

When you look carefully at the Massei report, you find it is full of unsupported, unlikely theories, and some blatant errors.

I have made my own analysis here : http://massei-report-analysis.wikispaces.com/

When you look carefully enough at details, the defence is thousands of times more likely than the prosecution case.

She is 100% innocent, the evidence conclusively proves this beyond any doubt.

Weather she did it or not no one will ever know that true answer. . But for those of you who think she is gutily. Just know only one can ultimately. Judge. Us and that is God. She will with out a dout answer for why she did in a much more horriable way then rotting away in a prison. And for those of you who think she is innocent. I really can't tell you my veiws on this cause the evidence goes both ways but instead of focussing on weather she did it or not what's done is done nothing will bring back the victim so now nearly 5 years later how about we put it rest and let merideth rest in piece. Its sick that this had ended the way it did a big media scandal. . All that matters is a young beautiful lost her life in a very tragic. Way and all we can do is make a big deal of the foxy knoxy character its not about Amanda Knox the big house held name. Its bout bringing justice to merideth and her poor family so lets move on and celebrate the life of the lost let her memory live on instead of focussing. On two people who were found innocent. In the end justice will have its say. And that's the only thing that matters. And I'm arty but to tell you the truth someone like Amanda if she was gutily. I think she would have cracked along time ago.

Most of the arguments used in this dciusssion are based on second-hand info or opinions, which does not make them very convincing. It really does not matter how well the evidence was gathered or how nice the interrogators were: all in all there is just not enough evidence to convict anybody but Mr. Guede. The rest is make-believe: the Italian justice system wanted to score with a horror story in the aftermath of Halloween the celebration of which has never been part of Italian tradition and is seen as a potent example of US cultural imperialism. How convenient that the gruesome murder could be linked to an American; too bad it became a story with a completely unbelievable plot.Since nobody really likes criticism, the Knox family and the politicians supporting them would have done well to openly praise the Italian prosecutors and judges, and express their condolences to the Kercher family (a victim remains a victim), while contacting secretly e.g. prime minister Silvio Berlusconi to make a deal. It is my sincere wish that the innocents will be freed, that the guilty face God's wrath, and that the mourners will be comforted.
