Hi MelanieI would really love a copy of your new Healthy Eating Handbook as I am going on the nujroey of changing my lifestyle to eat better and exercise more not only to lose the weight I need to but I have also decided to take it one step further and have now enrolled to undertake the necessary qualifications to become a personal trainer so I can help others like me who are struggling with losing weight and to help them learn to eat healthy and exercise.
